Brochure

Description

Easy maintenance, low wear.

The WIWA 410.09 and 600.12 series are suitable for processing epoxy and water-based thick materials and mortars, such as cement mortar, cementitious fire protection materials, cement slurries and filled vinyl esters. In contrast to screw pumps, WIWA THICK FILM PUMPS can be rinsed and cleaned with thinner without any problems. Thus, they are also ideally suited for processing epoxy-based materials. Thanks to the use of quick couplings, the material pumps, which consist of only a few parts, can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled very quickly, which is especially important with the short processing times that are common today. The feed hopper is also easily removable. This fast maintenance means that downtimes can be significantly reduced, especially on construction sites. The large-volume pumps are equipped with extra-large outlets and, due to the slow pump speed, have very low wear even at high material throughput.
